For security reasons, the school block access to Trinity accounts from overseas. Students (and staff) can complete a self-service form on our intranet (myTGS) to unblock their accounts.

  • Students will need to go to myTGS before heading overseas and log in with their school credentials. 
  • They should then click on:
    Resources > Students > ICT Services > Geo-blocking: Trinity accounts overseas 
    Or Direct link - https://mytgs.fireflycloud.net.au/ict-services/geo-blocking-trinity-accounts-overseas 
  • This will permit logins from overseas.
  • (If the student is already overseas, they will need to contact the Tech Centre for help by phone or email)
