For students wishing to change sports: Change of sport forms for each Winter and Summer Season are emailed to students and parents, and will be uploaded here.

Change of sport form is currently OPEN

As we prepare for the upcoming Winter Season of sport, students are given the opportunity to change sports from the one they participated in during 2024.

Students are automatically rolled over from their previous sport unless they complete the below process. Students wishing to remain in the same sport DO NOT need to do anything.

The Change of Sport form will open 9am, Monday 3 February and close at 5pm, Monday 10 February. Any submissions attempted outside of the above window will not be considered.

This change of sport process is new and will involve students talking to their previous winter sport Teacher-in-Charge (TIC) and explaining the reason for their requested change before completing the below form. If students do not have a conversation with their current TIC, their change of sport request will be stalled/disregarded until they do so.

Below is a Winter sport list and associated TICs for reference:

  • Badminton – Mr. Nan Zheng
  • Cross Country – Mr. Josh Fisher
  • Fencing – Mr. Jack Tho
  • Football – Mr. Craig Seckold
  • Hockey – Ms. Kate Fewster
  • Kayaking – Mr. Andrew Williams
  • Rugby – Mr. Ewoud Botha
  • Soccer – Mr. Mike Moreira
  • Winter Tennis – Mr. Jason Mahmoud
  • Martial Arts- Mr. Leo Hong

Once approved, students will be notified of their change of sport via email.

Note: If students have not had a conversation with their TIC and their request to change sport is denied, they will be required to re-complete the Change of Sport form after talking to their TIC to successfully change sports.

If students have explained to their TIC the reason for their change request, they may follow the link below and complete the 'Change of Sport' form:
