For students wishing to change sports: Change of sport forms for each Winter and Summer Season are emailed to students.
As we prepare for the upcoming Winter Season of sport, students are given the opportunity to change sports from the one they participated in during 2025.
Students are automatically rolled over from their previous sport unless they complete the below process. Students who wish to remain in the same sport DO NOT need to do anything.
The Change of Sport form will open on Monday 2 February 2026 and close on Monday 9 February 2026 at 5pm. Any submissions attempted outside of the above window will not be considered.
The change of sport process requires students to speak to the Teacher in Charge (TIC) of their current sport to explain the reason for their requested change. Students are then required to complete the below form. If students have not had a conversation with their TIC, the request will be denied and students will be expected to complete the process again before the deadline.
Below is a winter sport list and associated TICs for reference:
- Badminton - Ms Nan Zheng
- Cross Country - Mr Josh Fisher
- Fencing - Mr Jack Tho
- Football (AFL) - Mr Craig Seckold
- Hockey - Ms Kate Fewster
- Kayaking - Mr Andrew Williams
- Martial Arts - Mr Leo Hong
- Rugby - Mr Ewoud Botha
- Soccer - Mr Mike Moreira
- Winter Tennis - Mr Jason Mahmoud
Once students have spoken to their respective TIC regarding their request to change sports, they are to follow the link below and complete the 'Change of Sport' form:
Once processed, students will be notified of their outcome (approved or denied) via email.
If there are any issues with the linked form or change of sport requests, please contact the Sport Administrator, Ms. Belinda Bryan (bryanb@trinity.vic.edu.au).
