For students wishing to change sports: Change of sport forms for each Winter and Summer Season are emailed to students and parents, and will be uploaded here.
Change of sport form is currently OPEN for the Winter Season 2024. It will close on Tuesday, February 6th at 5pm.
Note: Students are automatically rolled over from their previous Summer/Winter sport unless they complete the below process. Students wishing to remain in the same sport DO NOT need to do anything.
This form IS open for the 2024 Winter Season. Any submissions attempted outside of the above window will not be allowed.
This change of sport process will involve students talking to their previous Summer sport Teacher-in-Charge (TIC) and explaining the reason for their requested change before completing the below form. If students do not have a conversation with their TIC, their change request will be stalled/disregarded until they do so.
Once approved, students will be notified of their change of sport via email.
Note: If students have not had a conversation with their TIC and their request to change sport is denied, they will be required to re-complete the below form after talking to their TIC in order to successfully change sports.
